Why should I create an online account to participate in My Place Rewards?
You must create an online account in order to track your Points and access your benefits:

Member ID Number: Present it in stores at checkout to make sure you earn points on every purchase.

Birthday Savings: Add up to 4 kid(s) birthdays (ages 0 – 16) in your My Place Rewards profile to receive a birthday email with an offer and other savings during their birthday month!

Offer Carousel: Easily view and access your benefits or any bonus offers you may have.

Saved Shopping Bag: Selected items will be saved between sessions so that if you are interrupted, you can come back later without having to start over.

Quick Online Checkout: Personal information is saved so that you won’t have to re-enter it when ordering. See our Privacy policy for more information about how we collect, use, handle, and otherwise process your personal information.

How do I find my Member ID number?
Your My Place Rewards Member ID number can be found 2 ways:
- When shopping online: Log in > Click ‘View My Account’ > Member ID number can be found under ‘Profile Information’
- When shopping on the mobile app: Log in > Click ‘My Account’ > Member ID number and barcode will appear
How do I update my account information?
To update your My Place Rewards account information, log in to your online account at childrensplace.com, gymboree.com, or through the Mobile Apps and update your info in the Profile Information section. Alternatively, you can call 1-877-752-2387. Provide and maintain accurate and current user information (name, email address, phone number and zip code) in connection with your membership so that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of the My Place Rewards program.
