RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

NOTICE: In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we are eliminating paper packing slips. If you need a receipt or gift receipt for your order, you can find it 2 ways! Visit the Order Details section of the order and click the Receipts button, or you can click the Track Order link at the top of the site and input your order information.

We will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the receipt and price tags attached, within 45 days. Returns will not be accepted without the receipt/gift receipt, or if otherwise noted on the tag, online, or receipt. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.

WHERE DO I RETURN…

RETAIL PURCHASES
Can be returned to a retail or outlet location

OUTLET PURCHASES
Can be returned to a retail or outlet location

ONLINE PURCHASES
(including online exclusives) Can be returned by mail or to a retail or outlet location

I HAVE THE RECEIPT:

Returns within 45 days receive a full refund in the original form of payment, unless otherwise noted on the tag, online, or receipt. A merchandise credit* will be issued (1) if original form of payment is not available, or (2) for returns to a store location for online purchases made using certain payment wallets.
Returns after 45 days will not be accepted.

I HAVE A GIFT RECEIPT:

Returns within 45 days receive a full refund in the form of a merchandise credit unless otherwise noted on the tag, online or gift receipt.*
Returns after 45 days will not be accepted.

I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT:

Returns will not be accepted without the receipt.
Exchanges can be processed for the same item/color in a different size.

Please note: We offer a one-time adjustment on full-price purchases only, within 7 days of the date shown on the receipt and in the country of original purchase Merchandise may only be returned in the country in which it was originally purchased. We are unable to research online orders at stores. In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges. Online exclusive items are only eligible for returns at retail or outlet stores.

*Merchandise credit is not redeemable for cash (unlesss required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without customer permission. Terms and conditions apply and can be found on the back of merchandise credit.

Returning/Exchanging Online Purchases In Stores

To return/exchange your online order at any of our stores, please bring:

Your receipt (printed or on your mobile device)
The item(s) you're returning/exchanging
The credit card used for the order

To return your online order by mail:

Print your receipt.
Place the item(s) you’re returning along with the receipt in a box and seal it securely.

Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.

Additional return by mail requirements:

Must be an item from The Children's Place or Gymboree
Must not have any signs of wear or damage If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.

Returning/Exchanging Online Purchased Gift(s) By Mail

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed through the mail. If you are not near a store and would like an exchange, you can return the original item by mail for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you need.
