It’s easy to buy the items you love online, and then pick them up at your local The Children’s Place store!
Just look for the ‘Ship to Store’ button while shopping. Once you click on it, search the item’s availability by zip code or city/state and the nearby locations that your item(s) can be shipped to will appear. After you select your pickup location, you’ll check out like normal. You can also update your shipping or pickup options per item during checkout.
You’ll receive email updates with pickup info once the order has been delivered to the store. When you’re ready to pick up, you’ll need to provide your order number and a valid photo ID.
Once you receive the “ready for pickup” email, your pickup order will be available at your selected store for a maximum of (7) days after the latest date of the delivery shipment window. Pickup hours vary by location - view your local store hours. You will also receive reminder emails before your order expires. After 7 days, your order will be refunded. Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on the payment used. If a gift card was used to place the order, a replacement eGift card will be sent.
Check the status of your order in the Order Details section of your online account, as well as your inbox for email updates. Please note: tracking information will not be available, but we will send an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. You may return items at any of our store locations.
