What are Birthday Discounts?

Each Member is eligible to receive a Birthday Discount for up to 4 children, ages 0-16. My Place Rewards Members will receive a 20% off coupon during the month of their child's birthday and My Place Rewards Credit Cardholders will receive a 25% off coupon.

How do I get Birthday Discounts?

You can receive a Birthday Discount by adding up to 4 kids' birthdays (ages 0 – 16) in the Birthday Savings section of your My Place Rewards profile. Birthday information must be registered at least 4 weeks prior to your child’s birthday, and you must opt in for marketing emails to receive the birthday savings for this year (Please see Section 5 “Communications” under the My Place Rewards Terms and Conditions for more information regarding email communications). Birthday Discounts will be issued to your email associated with your Account.

How long does it take for my child’s membership to become effective after I enroll?

We must receive your completed registration at least 4 to 6 weeks before your kid's birthday in order for you to receive their birthday surprise for this year.

How old does my child have to be in order to qualify for Birthday Discounts?

Birthday Discounts are rewarded for kids ages 0-16.

I live outside of the United States; can I sign up for Birthday Discounts?

No. Only U.S. residents (and Puerto Rico residents) are eligible to participate in the My Place Rewards Program and can register for Birthday Discounts.

Can I add kids’ birthdays to my Account for kids other than my own?

No. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child for which you have added a birthday to your Account to receive the Birthday Discount.

Can my kid(s) submit their own birthday information to receive a Birthday Discount?

No. You must (i) be a legal resident of and have an address in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, (ii) be the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, and (iii) have legal capacity to enter a binding legal agreement to become a member of the Program and be eligible to receive the Birthday Discount(s).

I have twins/triplets/etc. who share the same birthday; will I get a Birthday Discount for each of them that month?

Yes. Each member is eligible to receive a Birthday Discount for up to 4 children, ages 0-16. You will receive a Birthday Discount in an email for each child enrolled and celebrating a birthday within that month.
