Official Rules


NO PURCHASE OR REVIEW NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR REVIEW WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.


The Children’s Place and Gymboree Customer Review Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”), and will be divided into quarterly entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) as follows, with each beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET:


  • Entry Period 1: October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
  • Entry Period 2: January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026
  • Entry Period 3: April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026
  • Entry Period 4: July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026.


1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals who are employees, officers or directors of The Children’s Place Services Company, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners and parents, children and siblings and their spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply.


2. TO ENTER: During any Entry Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:


Submit a Product Review: You will be sent an email containing a request to submit a review on one or more of Sponsor’s products after an order has been placed on www.childrensplace.com or www.gymboree.com. Follow the directions provided via email, to submit a positive, neutral or negative rating and review, based on your own personal experiences, with one or more of Sponsor’s products. Note that you must check the box indicating that you are opting into the Sweepstakes at the time you submit your review to receive an entry. Entry requires entrant to use existing account or create a free user account on www.childrensplace.com or www.gymboree.com to enter.

Email Entry To enter without purchasing a product and submitting a review, you can submit an entry by email to reviewsweepstakes@childrensplace.com. Email entry must include your name, address, and telephone number.


Limit five (5) entries per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry (the “Cap”). Entries from any person exceeding the Cap during any Entry Period will be void. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the appliable Entry Period to be eligible for that drawing. Creation of multiple or false accounts and the use of any device, including AI, to automate entry or to subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.


Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:


  • makes any claim about a product, Sponsor’s or otherwise, that is not truthful or that cannot be substantiated;
  • is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic;
  • promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
  • promotes any particular political agenda or message;
  • is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;
  • appears to duplicate any other submitted entries;
  • defames, misrepresents or contains unfairly disparaging remarks about Sponsor, its products or services or other people or companies;
  • contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress owned by others, in a manner that infringes a trademark owner’s rights;
  • contains copyrighted materials owned by others without permission to the extent permission is necessary;
  • contains materials embodying the names or other indicia identifying any person, such as personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead; and/or
  • violates any law.

By entering, you represent and warrant that (i) the entry is wholly your original work, (ii) you own the copyright to the entry, (iii) the entry represents your true and accurate review of the Sponsor’s product, (iv) entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, and (v) you and the entry fully and completely comply with these Official Rules.

By submitting an entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on www.childrensplace.com and/or www.gymboree.com and Sponsor’s social media websites and used in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing if it so chooses to do so (as more fully described in Section 6 below). Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of any entry by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting or use of any entry and may take down any entry at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion.

3. DRAWING: Potential winner for each Entry Period will be drawn at random on or about the 15th of the month following the end of the applicable Entry Period from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries from one Entry Period will not carry forward into any subsequent Entry Period.


4. PRIZE (One (1) per Entry Period)::A $100 The Children’s Place Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon or applicable thereto). ARV: $100 each. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and or modify a prize with a prize of comparable or greater retail value. All taxes on a prize and all costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specified in these Official Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of winners. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes.


5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail. If Sponsor, using commercially reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a potential winner within five (5) business days from the first contact attempt, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner has not, or does not, comply with these Official Rules, then such potential winner shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be notified for the drawing at issue.


6. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that you shall grant Sponsor, its designees, assigns and licensees an non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to the reproduction and use of the entry (including all rights embodied therein) for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or further permission from, or notification to, you, including, but not limited to, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right, in any and all media (now known or later developed) to assign, use, publish, edit, adapt, modify, alter, reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works or otherwise exploit the entry, including the names and likenesses embodied therein, for commercial or non-commercial use, including, but not limited to, in advertising produced by Sponsor. You further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its licensees in furtherance of such use.


7. GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to permit Sponsor and its designees to use your name, likeness, entry, biographical information and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter developed, including but not limited to on Sponsor’s website and social media pages, in perpetuity, in any manner, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or permission from, or notification to, you, and further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its designees in furtherance of such use.


8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes; and (b) to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partnership, members, principals, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind arising out of or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy.

Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; late, lost, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, garbled, misdirected or incomplete entries, emails or other communications of any kind or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (c) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion and, if terminated, to award the prize(s) for the Entry Period(s) at issue at random from all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such Entry Period(s) prior to such action taking place or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.


CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


9. WINNER LIST:To receive the winners’ names, send an e-mail to: reviewsweepstakes@childrensplace.com and write “The Children’s Place Review Sweepstakes Winners List” in the subject line, for receipt no later than DATE 30 DAYS AFTER DRAWING DATE FOR THE APPLICABLE ENTRY PERIOD.


10. GOVERNING LAW:The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with New York state law.
