ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older). Employees of The Children’s Place Services Company, LLC and Spoonful of Comfort, LLC (collectively, “Sponsors”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with Meta Platforms, Inc. (dba Instagram), “Released Parties”) and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: Between at or around 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 14, 2026 and 5:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2026, @childrensplace will post an in-feed image (the “Post”) referencing The Children’s Place x Spoonful of Comfort Giveaway. To enter, you must (a) follow @childrensplace and @spoonfulofcomfort on Instagram, (b) like the Post, and (c) leave a comment tagging a friend and (i) sharing parent advice you have received or (ii) parent advice you would give a new parent. All entries must be received by 5:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2026. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro, automated or other means which subvert the entry process are void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply. You must follow @childrensplace and @spoonfulofcomfort for your entry to be eligible. You can unfollow @childrensplace and @spoonfulofcomfort any time after the winner has been announced. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsors will rely on entrant’s social account handle and other information included in their social account profile. If additional information provided by entrant to claim the Prize Package (as defined below) is inconsistent with the social account used to enter, Sponsors may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prize won. Sponsors, in their discretion, may request additional documentation from entrant to confirm entrant’s identity.
WINNER DETERMINATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing by The Children’s Place at or around 10:00 a.m. ET on September 21, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by The Children’s Place (@childrensplace) via direct message at or around 1:00 p.m. ET on September 21, 2026, and must respond to Sponsor within 24 hours. The failure to respond to such notification or the potential winner’s non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, Prize Package may be awarded to an alternate winner.
PRIZE: A “Prize Package” consisting of: (i) one (1) New Parent Care Package (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $99.99), (ii) one (1) $150 Spoonful of Comfort Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon or applicable thereto), (iii) One (1) The Children’s Place Baby Polka Dot 3-Piece Take Me Home Set (ARV: $42.95), (iv) One (1) The Children’s Place Baby Hat And Mittens 6-Piece Set (ARV: $36.95), (v) One The Children’s Place (1) Baby Polka Dot Chenille Cozy Blanket (ARV: $36.95), (vi) One (1) The Children’s Place Baby Embroidered Dog Hooded Towel (ARV: $26.95) and (vii) a $100 The Children’s Place Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon or applicable thereto). Total ARV of Prize Package is approximately $493.79. Exact Prize Package value may vary depending on items included. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prize Package components pictured in any marketing for the sweepstakes may vary from actual Prize Package components awarded. All Prize Package components are determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and subject to availability. Prize Package is non-assignable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with Prize Package acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Prize Package is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, other than the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Winner may not substitute any component of the Prize Package, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize Package (or a component thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All Prize Package details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Styles subject to availability. Prize Package components may be products of third parties, but such third parties are not in any way associated with this sweepstakes and any third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
DELIVERY: Sponsors will cover standard ground shipping costs of the Prize Package within the United States. Any additional costs associated with delivery, including but not limited to expedited shipping, delivery to remote locations, re-delivery fees, or any special handling, assembly, or installation requirements, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors shall not be responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit once the Prize Package has been transferred to the carrier.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsors and their licensees, successors, designees, and assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, Instagram user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, Instagram profile photo), for purposes of administering and promoting the Sponsors and related marketing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Prize Package including any injury or harm resulting from use of any Prize Package component (Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law). Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, likes, comments, tags, messages, email or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize Package, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; or (vii) injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or any Sponsor’s website or social media account, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsors’ sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and if terminated, at their discretion, select potential winner at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors.

PRIVACY: Information submitted in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at https://www.childrensplace.com/us/help-center/policies#privacypolicy In order to receive the Prize Package, the selected winner will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to full name, delivery address, and contact details, directly to Sponsors.
WINNERS LIST: The name of the winner will be posted by @childrensplace on Instagram following the end of the giveaway.
