- Total delivery time includes the time until the order ships plus the expected time-in-transit of your order. For delivery to rural routes or extended areas, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days.
- Express Service orders placed before 12pm ET Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays). Express Service orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET will ship on Monday.
- Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. If we have difficulty validating this information your order may be delayed. If we are unable to verify this information, we will not accept your order and you will receive a cancel confirmation email message.
