We update the availability of the items on our site in close to "real time". Items that you find on our site are available in the sizes that display on the product page. In rare circumstances (such as where two users purchase the last unit of an item almost simultaneously), it is possible that the item that was ordered will be unavailable to ship. In such an event, the item will be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email.
Once an item is out of stock online, we may not replenish it. Please click on "Stores" to find locations in your area. Call the store nearest to you and simply, speak with one of our store associates who will be more than happy to assist you.
We do not backorder any sold out items.
At this time, we do not have the system capability to perform a store search for past season items, as they are transferred to various locations. Some sale items may only be found in our outlet locations.
Some items may not be available to ship to certain states due to state-specific regulations. These items will be removed from your order before shipping.
Our online store offers all items that our retail locations do, as well as items that are online exclusives and not available in our stores.
New collections are usually available at childrensplace.com approximately two weeks before the collections arrive at stores.
If you place an item in your Shopping Bag, the item is not "reserved" for you and may still sell out until you have completed the checkout process. Items that we no longer have available will be highlighted in red and you will need to remove it from your shopping bag.
