Application for the Sugar & Jade Ambassador Influencer Program

The Children’s Place, Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to offer Sugar & Jade Ambassador Influencer Program (the “Program”) for the Sugar & Jade brand. Applicants who are selected as Ambassador Influencers will have the opportunity to receive various benefits in exchange for engaging in promotional activities.

If you are interested in learning more about the Program or applying to be an Ambassador Influencer, please read the information below.

1. 1. Eligibility Requirements.
   
   You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C., and at least 18 years or older to apply to participate in the Program. You must also be a parent or guardian of a child or children between the ages of 7-18 years old. Neither you, your immediate family members, nor anyone in your household, whether or not related to you, can currently work (or have worked during the past 12 months) full-time, part-time, or on a consultant basis for a specialty retailer of children’s clothing or accessories. In addition, you must have an active public Instagram account.


2. 2. Application Process
   
   To apply for the Program, applicants must complete a survey on the Program landing page, containing the following information:
   
   
   • Email Address;
   • First and Last Name;
   • Link to Social Profile;
   • Address of Residence
   • Date of Birth of your Sugar & Jade Girl
   
   Company will review all applications and select approximately ten (10) applicants to serve as Ambassador Influencer. Company will email the selected applicants, at the email address provided at the time of application.
   
   The selected applicants will be asked to agree to a background check, and must execute Company an Authorization and Letter of Instruction for Background Investigation, and an Authorization, Waiver and Release Form.
   
   Applicants who pass the background check and are selected as Ambassador Influencer will be required to agree to the Program Terms and Conditions.
   
   
3. 3. Benefits
   
   The Program offers Ambassador Influencer multiple benefits in exchange for content generated by Ambassador Influencer featuring Sugar & Jade brand and posted on the Ambassador Influencer’s Instagram account, and/or other social media platforms, as determined by Company (e.g. information, images, pictures, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, and other materials created by the Ambassador Influencer for the Program).
   
   Ambassador Influencer benefits may include:
   
   
   • Ambassador Welcome Package
   • One (1) head-to-toe outfit
   • Eligibility to participate in focus groups, Ambassador Influencer campaigns, and other similar marketing initiatives
   • Early access to new arrivals
   • Automatic entry to giveaways
   • Brand virtual workshops
   • Opportunity to be featured on Brand’s social media channels
   More details will be provided to applicants who are selected to participate as Ambassador Influencers.


4. 4. Ambassador Influencer Duties
   
   Once an Ambassador Influencer has completed onboarding to the Program, the Ambassador Influencer must post quarterly on-feed images, including Instagram stories, that comply with Company Social Media Guidelines, and other requirements or guidelines provided to Ambassador Influencers, including but not limited to tagging Sugar & Jade and using approved hashtags on posts. Ambassador Influencers must also post a link in their Instagram bio, participate in focus groups, and allow Company to use Ambassador Influencer’s photos and videos, as well as comment features on social media platforms.
   
   The Ambassador Influencer’s social account must be the same account approved by Company for the Program.
