Store Operations

This group of high energy, talented people represent "our stores" team. Their major responsibilities include sales generation, personnel management and development, merchandise presentation and replenishment, and store operations. The Store Operations team focuses on recruiting and retaining quality team members through training, development and motivation in order to uphold our customer service standards. They are accountable for store profitability and loss prevention including inventories, expense control and administrative functions. The merchandise flow is constantly monitored by sales and guided by corporate visual presentation standards.
