Merchandise Planning / Store Planning and Allocation

Merchandise Planning and Store Planning & Allocation are both responsible for putting the right merchandise in the right place at the right time to maximize the Company's business. Specifically, Merchandise Planning and Allocation plans the Company's business at a seasonal level and at the store level to keep each store stocked with the right quantity of appropriate merchandise. The Planning staff interacts with the Merchandising staff to plan future Children's Place products and the appropriate amounts of each style.
