The Legal Department serves as the general counsel for The Children's Place. They handle and manage all facets of the law pertaining to our business. These include all matters relating to litigation, negotiation and execution of leases, trademarks, contracts, securities filings, customs regulations, employment and labor, and consumer safety and compliance.
