What is a Wishlist?

A Wishlist makes it easy to organize items you are looking to purchase at a later time. (Keep in mind, this doesn’t mean you are reserving or putting an item on hold.)

You can also share Wishlists with friends and family so that you can make sure you (your kids) are getting the perfect gift!

How do I access Wishlist?

You must have a valid online account with The Children’s Place to access your Wishlist. Click “<3 WISHLIST” at the top navigation of our website to log in and view your lists.

How do I add items to my Wishlist?

You must be logged in to add items to your Wishlist. There are three ways you can add items to your lists. Click the “ADD TO WISHLIST” button:

You’ll need to select size, fit, and color before adding an item to your Wishlist so friends and family know exactly what you need when you share.

Note: when clicking the “ADD TO WISHLIST” button, the item will automatically go to your default Wishlist unless you click the down arrow on the right side of the button to select another list. The first Wishlist you create will be your default list. You have the option to assign any list as your default list at any time.

Can I have more than one Wishlist?

Yes! You can manage up to five Wishlists and give each one a unique name. You have the option to edit the names of each Wishlist by clicking on the pencil icon.

Each Wishlist holds up to 100 items. Many of our customers keep separate Wishlists for each kid. It’s a great way to track birthday and holiday gifts!

What is a default list?

The first Wishlist you create will be your default list. This is the list that items will automatically go to when you click the “ADD TO WISHLIST” button. You have the option to assign any list as your default list at any time.

Can I remove/move items from a Wishlist?

Of course! As the Wishlist owner, you have the ability to add, delete, move, share and buy items from a Wishlist.

To delete an item from a Wishlist, click the “X” button at the right of the item. To move items from one Wishlist to another, click “MOVE TO” button. You will be able to select another list using the dropdown arrow.

What happens when an item is purchased from my Wishlist?

The purchased item will move to the bottom of your list for future reference under “ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIS WISHLIST” once the transaction is complete. Purchased items may also be deleted from this section at any time.

What happens when an item in my Wishlist is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items will automatically sort to the bottom of the list.

How do I share a Wishlist?

You can share your Wishlist via email, facebook or using a shortened link at the top right of your Wishlist page.

When sharing via email, you may share with up to five people at a time and will be able to add a customized message. Hint: enter your shipping address in this message to make sure your gift gets to the right place!

Are Wishlists available in stores?
At this time, Wishlists are not available in stores, but you can log into your Wishlist from a mobile devise to see your saved lists while shopping!

Will my Wishlist be available on the Canada website and visa versa?
At this time, access to one Wishlist for both stores is unavailable. If you are a shopper of both websites, you will need to create a separate list for each respective site.
