How can I use my rewards certificate?

You may use your rewards certificate toward the purchase of merchandise or gift wrap at The Children’s Place and The Children’s Place Outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as childrensplace.com (excluding merchandise shipped outside of the United States). You’ll be able to use rewards certificates and/or bonus rewards certificates on any merchandise for sale including marked-down and clearance items; you will not be able to use rewards certificates for taxes, shipping or the purchase of gift cards. How do I convert points into a rewards certificate?

You can save up your points and convert them into rewards certificates when it is most convenient for you. In order to convert your points into rewards certificates, you must have activated your account online at myplacerewards.com. Once logged in to your account, use the drop-down menu located in your myPOINTS balance box to select the reward certificate amount you would like to redeem. Rewards will only appear here when you have accumulated the respective amount needed for that certificate.

You may convert up to 20,000 points during any 30-day period. If your request to convert points into a rewards certificate would exceed the 20,000 points limit, the conversion will not be permitted. Once points are redeemed for a rewards certificate, the points cannot be deposited back into your member account.

How do I redeem a rewards certificate?

From your member account, you can print the rewards certificate or apply it to an online purchase. If your request to convert points into a rewards certificate would exceed the $20 outstanding limit, the conversion will not be permitted until you have used another outstanding rewards certificate or a rewards certificate expires.
